1. New Member Onboarding Guide
You can start driving keyless using only our mobile app without needing a physical car key. Please follow the steps below to ensure a rapid account verification process:
Step 1: Download the Yoma Car Share App from the iOS App Store, Android Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
Step 2: Register an account using your active mobile phone number.
Step 3: To ensure a safe and secure experience for all members, you must take a clear, unblurred photo of your National Registration Card (NRC), a valid driving license, and an ID selfie, then upload them directly into the Yoma Car Share App.
Step 4: Our verification team will review your information. Once approved, you can instantly search for your nearest Hub on the map and make a reservation.
2. In-Car Amenities
To provide absolute convenience against shifting seasonal weather and minor emergencies on your journey, every vehicle is systematically equipped with the following items inside the glove box:

Please Note: These amenities are strictly provided for your in-car convenience. We kindly request that you leave them safely inside the vehicle at the end of your trip so the next member can enjoy the exact same premium service.

You never have to worry about limited seating when traveling with a large group. Through the “Find a Car” feature in the Yoma Car Share App, you can easily search and book 7-Seater, 10-Seater, or 14-Seater vehicles based on your specific travel needs.
4. Vehicle Guidelines and Regulations
To maintain a clean and safe environment for every member using Yoma Car Share, please strictly adhere to the following community regulations:
- Smoking of any kind, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.
- Betel nut chewing and spitting are strictly prohibited.
- Strong-smelling food must not be brought into or consumed inside the vehicle cabin.
- Pets must be properly secured inside an appropriate, closed pet carrier during transit.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance is strictly prohibited.
Please be advised that non-compliance with these standard regulations may result in a penalty fee of up to MMK 200,000.
